After getting home from prom my sister asked me if I got a goodie bag with some stuff in it. I guess she got one from her prom a few years ago. This was my first one so I was wondering if I missed something, or did they not have any? I did get my camera though.

Grad Nite!! [Mar. 8th, 2005|08:57 pm]

[Current Music |The Girls, The Prince and the Painting - Ever After]

Hey Mountain Lions!! We are in need of yours and your parents help! Grad Nite is coming up, and we are desperately in need of help. For those of you who don't know what Grad Nite is, it's basically an after-graduation party lock-down, where there are tons of games, food, and a whole bunch of fun activities. The now-graduated seniors and underclassmen that I have spoken to about it have said that they had a blast at Grad Nite. My mother is on the Grad Nite committee, and she just recently informed me that there will probably not be a Grad Nite anymore, starting with the graduation of Class of 2006. The reasons are that there are simply not enough people are involved, not enough parents are willing to volunteer, or even donate money to help keep this going. It would be a really sad thing to know that such a great time like Grad Nite would have to be cancelled for future graduating classes because there isn't enough support. So if you could, please get your parents involved! It's a fun time for everyone, and any help is much appreciated. If you'd like to help or get involved with Grad Nite, feel free to contact my mother, Heidi McBreen at (623) 582-4168. Thank you so much!! :)

Hey... this is for everyone in Mrs. Moore's Jr. AP Lang 5-6 class, or really anybody else that knows... what is a contextual statement? She told me I needed it for my thesis statement, but I don't have the slightest clue as to what she's talking about. Anybody know? Any help would be greatly appreciated =). Thanks!

For those of you who don't know, Best Buddies is a club on campus that works with people with intellectual disabilities; helping them to form one-on-one friendships and other important life skills.  If any of you could just buy your dinner from this popular fast food joint for one night, the money goes to benefit our club.  We'd really appreciate it.
